Stephanie Alexander

Stephanie is responsible for the HR and operations functions within the business. With a background in banking and executive search, she brings a professional and adaptable approach to her role, always guided by the belief that people matter.
With over 35 years in customer-focused positions, she is passionate about delivering excellent service. She thrives in collaborative environments and values being part of a team that supports learning, growth, and people development.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also loves to travel, especially to destinations with warm, sunny climates.
Kate Chetwynd-Talbot

Kate is Research Consultant at The Mentor Hub, where she brings nearly 20 years of executive search experience supporting senior leaders and boards. Kate plays a key role in underpinning the firm's mentoring and advisory work with robust research, sound judgement and strategic perspective.
Throughout her career, Kate has led senior executive searches, appointed Non Executive Directors and supported the build of advisory boards, partnering closely with leadership teams to strengthen capability, succession and governance. Most recently at Teneo, Kate contributed to advancing the diversity agenda by embedding inclusive search practices and broadening access to underrepresented leadership talent.
Alongside her executive work, Kate serves on the Advisory Board of an eco-retail brand, reflecting her interest in purpose-led businesses and sustainable growth. Kate also enjoys cooking and chasing around after her children and dog.
Margaret Edge

At the Mentor Hub Margaret works with clients and Mentees to really understand their needs, finding the right Mentors to make our programmes deliver. She is passionate about helping individuals succeed in their careers and provides both the support and challenge needed at pivotal moments.
She has worked in corporate HR and consulting roles, specialising in developing talent to reach the highest levels within organisations. Her experience spans all sectors through in-house, advisory roles and Executive Search.
When not pursuing her self-inflicted fitness goals, Margaret loves to spend time with friends and her local community, as well as annually taking in her dose of culture in Edinburgh.
Lucynda Mcleod

Lucy is Creative & Business Support Director at The Mentor Hub LLP, where she blends visual storytelling, and process optimisation, aligning creative direction with business goals.
With over 20 years of experience in executive support, project management, and business development – most recently at global advisory firms Teneo and Ridgeway Partners – Lucy has worked closely with CEOs, boards, and senior leaders, always delivering high level operational support. Lucy also has experience organising large-scale events through strategic planning and well-executed communications.
Lucy is currently studying Digital Marketing, with a focus on AI, digital strategy and web analytics. She collects art and loves hosting dinner parties and connecting with people through great conversation, creativity, and good food.
Sue O'Brien OBE

Sue co-founded The Mentor Hub in October 2024. As CEO, Sue spearheads growth and sustainability, ensuring effective service to Clients, Mentors, and Mentees.
Over 40 years, Sue has grown boutique private consulting firms and served as CEO of a listed company. She has extensive NED and Chair experience across various boards, and was a founding member of the Government's WBC.
Sue is a board member of The IFGB, the Commercial Advisory Board of the RA, and the Margaret McDonagh Campaign. In recognition of her contributions to business, diversity, and charitable work, she was awarded an OBE by her late Majesty.
When not working Sue loves her huge Irish family and friends, spending time gardening and dancing, sometimes at the same time.
Mags Reilly

Mags co-Founded the business in 2024, having enjoyed her retirement for two years prior. She manages the Finance function, legal and Supplier contracts. Collaborating with the whole team to ensure the business keeps an efficient operation.
An Electronics Engineer by background, she has worked for a wide range of organisations from hospitality to military, civil defence and data storage. Having run her own business in Ireland, her return to corporate life was driven by her co-founder’s reluctance to retire.
In her non work environment, Mags loves socialising with friends and family as well as a passion for History. This is combined with frequent travel back to Ireland, for a musical and cultural top up.
